How to Track Routes

1. Route Details Page

After your operator provides you with a link to Route Details page, you can access key information about your trip:

  1. Return to the previous page.
  2. Interactive map displaying your route and locations.
  3.  List of all planned visits.
  4.  START ROUTE button (if the route hasn’t started yet).

If the route is upcoming, press START ROUTE and confirm to begin tracking.

3. Tracking While On Route

Once a route is in progress, the Tracking page provides real-time updates and essential controls:

  1. Plan Information – Displays details such as date, number of visits, estimated distance, and expected duration.
  2. Visit-Specific Details – Shows visit order, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and remaining distance.
  3. Call the Recipient – If a phone number is available, tap to call.
  4. Navigation via Google Maps – Open directions instantly.
  5. Mark as Failed – Update the status if the visit cannot be completed.
  6. Mark as Done – Mark the visit as completed when finished.
  7. Switch to Previous Visit – Navigate back to the previous stop.
  8.  View Detailed Visit Information – Expand for more details.
  9. Switch to Next Visit – Move to the next scheduled stop.

You can also switch between locations by clicking the visits on the map.

4. Viewing More Details

For additional visit-specific information, select More Info to see:

  • Visit type
  • Address & geolocation
  • Recipient details
  • Operational notes
